Outsourcing is key!
Choose between a 5-hour or 10-hour prepaid package.
This can be used any time over a 6 week period, or until hours run out, so you don’t need to worry if the work is sporadic.
NOTE: Please allow 24 hours for a response to your task communication. Turn around time is task dependant, and will be pre determined in our initial meeting.
5 Hour block: $250
10 hour block: $500

Weekly Wonder
Set hours dedicated solely to you and your business
This girl adores a schedule!
That’s why I offer my “Weekly Wonder” clients dedicated time slots, the same specific day and time each week. So you always know when to have that task list ready (or a simple quick check in, “these are this weeks priorities”, or “continue with our website overhaul” for example.
I have regular tasks I complete for you, so unless an item needs approval before sending it into the world, you can have have peace in knowing .. it’s “getting done”! and the results to show for it!

Ad hoc and odd jobs
Not sure what’s right for you? We can start small and get to know if we are a good fit to tackle the task tornado together.
Hit me with a task or project you are considering outsourcing and we will see if the task-match-maker-universe aligns.
Then we can leave it at that, keep it ad hoc, or make it a regular dance! (the fun kind)

With my weekly wonder package, yes, depending on location, we can discuss if this will work best for both parties.
Inbox management, social media, backend workflows, website updates and maintenance, edm design and scheduling, blog design, Canva designs, customer relationship management, Dropbox / Google drive organisation & more (let’s talk about your needs).
Starting as a receptionist at the age of 16, moving into office management in my 20’s then business management and development at NFP in my 30’s (significantly increasing revenue through new processes and systems, marketing, profitability reviews and excellent team leadership) then onto starting my own small business from scratch in 2020. I’m constantly learning up to date ways for small businesses to work smarter, not harder, whilst keeping over heads to a minimum where possible.
Short answer is: within reason. for example; one of my regular clients had me source upholstery quotes for her vintage couch and help her choose a paint colour for her featre wall. at the end of the day, you choose how i spend your dedicated hours. and i say, the more creative the better!
